It’s almost here!!! Christmas is here! I’m getting into the zone as once we hit this weekend it will go very quickly and I don’t want to miss a moment caught in the hustle. I want to cherish every little smile, the excitement of imagination, the wonder of it all.
I love traditions, they are rich reminders of the things gone and the hope of new things to come. Since we were married we’ve gradually added new traditions some we still do and some we let go of… but fun exploring them none the less. They range from pancakes for breakfast, gingerbread houses, advent calendars, elf on the shelf, Santa photos, carol services, baking Jesus a birthday cake… Whatever your traditions are this time of year, may they point you ever toward Jesus and His increasingly gracious love towards you and your crew.
May all your days be merry & bright sweet one. May His face shine upon you as you celebrate your King. In Him there is hope, In Him there is peace, in Him there is true joy, in Him there is no shame.
